If you're unhappy with your first purchase for any reason, email hello@todongu.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no questions that matter.

Renewals

Forgot to cancel before a renewal? Contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it, as long as the new period hasn't been heavily used. You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing to avoid future charges — you keep access until the end of the paid period.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Statutory rights

This policy adds to — and never limits — your statutory rights, including EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights.
