Six numbers and a feeling
Every field is optional — track the two things you care about or all seven. Mood is a five-point scale rendered as faces, so a glance at your history shows how the week actually felt.

Water, steps, calories and the rest measure against goals you configure in Settings. The dashboard snapshot shows today's progress without opening the wellness page.
It counts as progress
Your first wellness log of the day earns 5 XP and keeps your streak alive — looking after yourself is progress, the same as clearing your inbox.

Do I have to fill in every field?
No. Log what matters to you — every field is optional and the page autosaves whatever you enter.
When does the wellness day reset?
Days follow the UTC calendar — the same clock for everyone. Far from UTC, the new day can start at an unusual local hour; it's a documented trade-off.
