Shared boards
A kanban board for you and your people.
A shared board is a kanban board you own and your friends join: a grocery run, a group project, a move, a game night. Cards move across columns; everyone sees the same board.
- Invite accepted friends to a board you own
- Customizable columns — rename, add and reorder them
- Assign a task to one person, or give everyone their own copy
- Completing a task pays XP to whoever completed it
Invite your people
Boards are friendship-gated: you add friends by email first, then invite them to boards. The owner manages members and columns; members add and move tasks.
Columns that match how you work
Every board starts with To do, In progress and Done, and the owner can rename, add and reorder columns. Moving a card into a done-type column completes it — same rules everywhere.
Assign it — or give everyone a copy
Quick-add lets you assign a task to one member, leave it up for grabs, or create a copy for every member so each person completes their own — the group-chores mode other tools forget.
Frequently asked questions
Do board tasks appear in my personal lists?
No. Board tasks live on the board; your personal lists, dashboard and statistics stay personal. XP from board tasks still counts, though.
Do boards update in real time?
Changes appear when the page refreshes or reloads — there's no live push yet. For a shared grocery list or weekly plan, refresh-when-you-look works fine.
